The internet is growing more and more balkanized and I am in support of it. Everyone has gone to mastodon, discord, cohost, reddit, and a bunch of other places with subchannels. Twitter, youtube, tiktok and Facebook have demonstrated that a unified internet with no regulations gives voice and authority to some the worst people on the planet: charlatans, con-men and sophists, who in turn cause irrerparble harm to society for generations to come.
I have chose Neocities my intermittent home and, since there is no formal community network, I am open to adding your link to the list here in exchange for adding mine to yours.
Having said that, I'm discriminant with who I will add so don't feel wronged if I say no. Only if we have mutual interests or you do something unique.
